⚠️ 'SMMKings' Services are being offered ‘As-Is’, We will not charge you for Over-Delivery, However, we also will not refund/refill Under-Delivery as it’s depends on your site loading time.

Disclaimer:

'SMMKings' will not be responsible for any damages you or your business, or your website may suffer.

Before ordering from 'SMMKings', make sure that the desired URL hosting plan can handle the amount ordered. No Refunds or 'Restart' will be in such cases. Also we are not responsible if your hosting server cannot handle the traffic volume.

Liabilities:

- 'SMMKings' is in no way liable for any accounts / activity suspension / Ad-Networks such as Ad-sense or other media accounts/websites.

- By using our Services you agree that you understand the risks involved with false/abuse use of our services.

Affiliates:

By participating in our Affiliate Program, you agree to the following terms:

1. You will receive a commission of 3% of every successful deposit made through your referral link.
2. The minimum withdrawal amount is $100. Once this threshold is met, the payment will be credited directly to your panel balance.
3. We reserve the right to modify or terminate the Affiliate Program at any time without prior notice.
4. Any fraudulent or unethical activity may result in the forfeiture of your commissions and immediate termination from the program.
5. You can receive commissions for attracting new customers only. In case re-registrations or any other policy violations happen, your account will be suspended.
6. It is your responsibility to ensure that your activities comply with all applicable laws and regulations.

Refills

1. Eligibility Refills are available only for services that clearly state a refill period (for example "30 days refill") in the service title or description. Services marked as "No refill" or "No refund" are delivered as-is and are not eligible for refills, replacements or refunds under any circumstances.
2. Refill period The refill period starts once the order is marked as completed and lasts for the duration stated in the service description. After the refill period has ended, no refill can be requested or processed for that order.
3. Requesting a refill Orders with an active refill period show a Refill button on the order page. Refills are self-service: clicking the button creates a refill task for that order. If the button is not shown, the service either does not support refill button or the refill period has expired. Refill tasks are processed in queue and may take some time to complete depending on the service and platform.
4. What a refill covers A refill covers only the quantity delivered by the specific order it is requested for. It is calculated from the order's start count and the current live count. Drops that happened before the order was placed, followers or engagement gained from other sources, and drops related to other orders are not covered.
5. When a refill cannot be executed A refill task cannot be processed, and no refund will be issued, in any of the following cases:

• The current count is below the order's start count, or above the order's target amount (start count plus ordered quantity).
• The username or link was changed after the order was placed.
• The profile or content was set to private, restricted, deleted or otherwise made inaccessible after delivery.
• Orders for the same profile or link were placed through another account or provider while a refill, partial or dispute for this order was still pending.
• The drops were caused by the user's own actions or by third-party activity on the same profile.

1. Refill is not a refund A refill is the only remedy for drops on refill-eligible services. Drops, retention or fluctuations do not qualify an order for a refund. Social platforms regularly remove inactive or flagged accounts, so some fluctuation is normal and a refill does not guarantee that the delivered quantity will remain permanently.
2. Order status Order statuses are set automatically by our system based on delivery logs. An order is never marked as completed without being delivered, and completed and partial statuses are final. Partial orders are eligible for refill only on the delivered quantity, within the refill period.
