Yes. Every order can be placed without signing up or logging in. Choose a service, paste your link, pay, and you receive an order ID to track delivery. No email or personal details needed. A free account is only needed for balance top-ups, order history, the refill button, tickets and API access.

How do I place my first order?

1. Pick a service on the Services page or the New Order form.
2. Paste the link to your post, profile, video or website.
3. Enter a quantity between the Min and Max shown for that service.
4. Confirm the order. It starts automatically, and you can follow it on the Orders page.

Always read the service description first: it shows the start time, speed, link format and refill terms.

Never. We only need the public link to your post, profile, video or website. SMMKings will never ask for your password, 2FA codes or account access. Anyone asking for them in our name is a scammer.

Each service has its own minimum and maximum quantity, shown on the Services page and on the order form when you select it. Prices are listed per 1,000, and the order form shows your exact charge before you confirm.

Privacy is the core of how we operate. We don't run trackers, heatmaps or analytics on your activity, and we don't collect personal details about you. Your account information, deposits and orders are never sold, traded or used for marketing. That has been our policy since 2016.

No. We never ask for ID, selfies or documents, and you can even order without an account. Some third-party payment providers, like banks and card services, run their own checks. For maximum privacy, pay with crypto.

Monero (XMR). Monero hides the sender, receiver and amount of every transaction by default, which makes it the best match for our zero-trace approach. Bitcoin, USDT and other coins are accepted too, but their transactions are public on the blockchain.

Our only official domains are SMMKINGS.COM and SMM.SH. Always check the address bar before you log in or pay. Any other website using our name or design is not us.

No. Our team never contacts customers through Telegram, WhatsApp or other messaging apps. Anyone claiming to be SMMKings staff there is a scammer after your funds or login details. Support is only available through the ticket system in your dashboard and our official email: smmkings @ pm.me.

Automatic methods, like most crypto payments, are credited as soon as the payment is confirmed on the network. Methods marked as manual, such as bank transfers, are credited after our team confirms the payment: send it, then open a ticket with the payment details.

Each payment method has its own minimum, shown on the Add Funds page when you select it.

Our rates are the same for every customer, and we don't offer custom prices or individual discounts. Some payment methods, mainly crypto, add a deposit bonus on top of your payment. When a bonus is active, it's shown next to the method on the Add Funds page.

No. Deposits are final, and your balance can't be withdrawn to banks, crypto wallets or other payment services. Refunds from canceled or partial orders go back to your SMMKings balance, ready for your next order. Please deposit only what you plan to spend.

Open the Orders page in your dashboard to see each order's start count, remains and status. If you ordered without an account, use the order ID you received after payment. API users can check any order with the status request.

Each service shows its expected start time and daily speed in its description. Delivery begins automatically, with no manual approval. GEO-targeted services run at the speed of the live traffic available in that country.

• Pending: your order is received and queued
• Processing: the system is preparing your order for delivery
• In progress: delivery is running
• Completed: the full quantity was delivered
• Partial: part was delivered and the rest was refunded to your balance
• Canceled: the order couldn't run and the full amount was refunded to your balance

Partial means we delivered part of your order and refunded the remaining amount to your balance automatically. You only pay for what was delivered.

No. Orders can't be edited once placed, because the system tracks the exact link and quantity you submitted. Double-check your link before you confirm. If the service has a Cancel button, you can request a cancel and place a new order.

The order runs on the link you submitted and can't be moved to another one. If the link is invalid, private or deleted, the order is usually canceled and refunded to your balance. If the service has a Cancel button, you can use it to stop the order.

Wait until your first order is completed before ordering the same link again, from us or from any other provider. Orders running at the same time mix their counts, so we can't verify delivery or process refills for either of them.

Yes. Keep your profile, post, channel or video public during delivery and for the whole refill period. If it's set to private, restricted or deleted, the order may stop and it no longer qualifies for a refill.

Drip-Feed splits one order into smaller runs delivered over time. For example, to get 100 visits every 24 hours for 7 days, set Quantity 100, Runs 7 and Interval 1440 minutes. You'll receive 700 visits in total over one week.

AUTO subscriptions deliver to your new posts automatically. Fill in:

1. Username: your profile, channel or page link, depending on the platform
2. New posts: how many future posts should get the service
3. Old posts: how many already published posts to include (leave empty or 0 for none)
4. Quantity: the min and max per post. The system sends a random amount around the average, for a natural look.

Some services show a Refill and/or Cancel button next to the order on your Orders page, and both work through the API too. Pressing one sends a request to the system. Results aren't instant, and an order may complete before a cancel request is processed.

Only services with a refill period in their title or description, for example "30 Days Refill". Services marked "No Refill" or "No Refund" are delivered as-is and can't be refilled. If long-term stability matters to you, choose a service with a refill guarantee.

A refill restores drops on the part your order delivered, measured from the order's start count, within the stated refill period. It doesn't cover followers, views or members you had before the order, or drops from other providers' orders.

A refill can't be processed when:

• The username or link was changed after ordering
• The profile or content was made private, restricted or deleted
• The current count is below the order's start count, or still above the ordered target
• Another order for the same link was placed through a different account or provider while a refill or partial was pending
• The service is marked No Refill

Press the Refill button next to the order on your Orders page, or send a refill request through the API. If a service includes a refill period but shows no button, open a ticket with your order ID.

Orders can't be refunded once placed. If an order can't be completed, the system refunds it to your balance automatically: in full (Canceled) or for the undelivered part (Partial). Refunds stay in your SMMKings balance and can't be withdrawn.

AI traffic is visits that reach your website with an AI assistant as the source, such as ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini, Claude or Grok. In your analytics they show up as referrals from those AI platforms, the channel more and more people now use to find products and websites.

Use a Cutt.ly or Bit.ly short link as your order link: it gives you a clear, independent click report. Without a tracking link, make sure Google Analytics is installed on the target page before you order. For any delivery concern, support accepts Bit.ly and Cutt.ly reports only.

GA4 counts only visits that load its tracking tag, so its numbers can differ from what was delivered. Common causes are cookie consent banners, ad blockers, slow page loads, redirects that drop the tracking and GA4 filters. That's why we use Bit.ly or Cutt.ly reports as the reference for delivery.

We don't promise conversions. The traffic is real but very cold: visitors didn't come looking for your offer, so results depend on your content and the targeting you choose. Where it helps is SEO signals, rankings and organic growth, and results vary from order to order. We don't guarantee conversions, ad clicks, views, likes or followers.

We don't guarantee AdSense account safety. This traffic usually has a low click-through rate, which can raise red flags, and AdSense and similar ad networks don't accept this kind of traffic. Don't send it to pages with ad accounts you want to keep.

Up to about 20% of visits may come from other countries. Our devices are filtered by both location and language, so a user marked as UAE may be traveling in Germany right now. Check the Language report in your analytics to confirm the targeting. We overdeliver to make up for it, and if you still receive fewer targeted visitors than ordered, open a ticket for a refill.

Worldwide traffic draws from our full pool, so it's usually the fastest and most affordable. GEO-targeted traffic comes only from the country you choose, so its speed scales with the live traffic available there. Smaller countries deliver slower than large markets.

In YouTube Studio, open Analytics, click "See More" under the chart, choose "More" at the top, then "Sharing service". You'll see your shares broken down by social network. YouTube Analytics needs 3 to 5 days to update.

YouTube checks views before adding them to the public counter, so the number can lag behind delivery. The Realtime report in YouTube Studio shows live activity sooner, while detailed analytics can take a few days to fill in.

Our premium Telegram Views servers are counted on both Telegram Web and the Telegram apps, not only the web preview. Each service description shows how its views are counted.

Every platform removes some accounts over time, so small drops can happen on any service. If you want protection, choose a service with a refill period. Services marked No Refill are delivered as-is.

Yes. We offer Naver TV and Naver Chzzk services, plus localized Instagram services for Asian markets, many of which are hard to find on other panels.
